Shipping policy

Presently Exway Canada offers customers a wide variety of shipping couriers to choose from. All shipping rates and time estimates are determined and under the exclusive control of whichever carrier is selected. All shipping charges are determined and paid out to the courier. Once items have been shipped, Exway Canada has no control over the shipped items. We are able to open inquiries and check on order status through the courier in the same capacity that the customer is able. We will always do what we can to help smooth things along, but it is important to understand Exway Canada's limitations in this area.
