Pre order campaign details
Your participation in this campaign represents your agreement to these terms.
1) What is a Pre order campaign?
Pre order campaigns have been misunderstood in the past. Pre orders represent an "early access" which allows customers to order a product before it has even been produced. There are inherent risks usually related to pre production on any pre order program and could be for any reason. As fulfillment time cannot be guaranteed, Exway Canada absolutely cannot take any responsibility for any time inconvenience resulting from any delays. A pre order campaign is not a regular sale or order in that the products are not waiting to be shipped out, but rather waiting to be produced.
2) Pandemic and global shipping
The Exway Wave pre order campaign ends August. 20th and is happening during a Global Pandemic. Global shipping has been adversely affected since the spring and the situation has only gotten worse. We are working hard to mitigate the delays but ultimately we are dealing with a never before faced situation. Please keep this very important point in mind.
3) Production team guarantee
Our production team at Exway global promises that the latest pre-sale of the Wave will be shipped on or before September 1st from our factory in China. If there are any delays in the ship out (NOT the delivery, due to suspension in delivery time guarantees vt couriers) customers will receive a complimentary FAST CHARGER of approx 130 CAD value.
4) Why does Exway Canada only offer 2 options?
Compared to Exwayboard.com in China, Exway Canada is running a comparitively simpler campaign offering only two options. The WAVE hub or RIOT configuration. This is for logistical reasons and is a decision that we have made to mitigate the risks of running this campaign in Canada during a worsening global pandemic. All accessories on the Exwayboard.com site will eventually become available here after the pre order ends.
5) Exway Canada communications during fulfillment
Exway Canada replies on third party shipping vendors to move our goods around the world the same as many international brands. Once pre orders have been shipped, we as a company cannot affect the shipment. We cannot speed it up, redirect it, or recall it. Any information that we relay to customers comes from our shipping vendors as Exway Canada has very little if any control over shipments once in transit.
6) Shipping and tracking particulars
Air shipment to Canada will take around 3-4 weeks (the time frame is for reference only). Due to the particulars of the battery, shipping info will be updated usually within 12-14 days after shipment. During the pandemic, shipping schedules (tracking info) are contingent on orders first being cleared through customs and picked up by local carrier companies.
7) Purchase and warranty,
Exway Canada exists to serve Canadian customers and represents the Canadian arm of Exway. While it is still possible for Canadians to order directly from Exwayboard.com (or any other global region of Exway) we are separate shops and do not share customer data bases. It is both the wish of Exwayboard.com and Exway Canada that customers living in Canada shop with us for the best after sales experience.
If you have a warranty service call you must contact the exact shop from which you purchased your items. While Exway Canada may try to help Canadian customers of Exwayboard.com, we must prioritize our own customers above all else. So please consider this when deciding which shop to place.
